RANTLE RF3863 is a high output IP3 and low noise amplifier. It is a self-biased from 50Ω output and input port of a single voltage supply. It has 700 MHz to 3800 MHz useful frequency range.
The 5 V VDD and 90mA are able to achieve a 36dBm OIP3 and 0.8dB noise figure performance.
In order to raise the OIP3 while having a minimal effect on a noise figure, the current should be increased.
